Dr. Ashley Gallagher, DVM, with a canine friend, FrankDr. Ashley Gallagher, our Chief of Staff, grew up and currently resides in Marblehead, Massachusetts. She received an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and earned a DVM degree from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine. Prior to joining the New England Veterinary Clinic team, Dr. Gallagher completed a Small Animal Internship Program and practiced for twelve years at Friendship Hospital for Animals in Washington, DC. Her special interests include surgery, preventive medicine, and behavior.

Julie Bergeron, DVMDr. Bergeron grew up in Washington State and currently resides in Lynn, Massachusetts. She received both her undergraduate and DVM degrees from Washington State University. Since graduating from vet school in 1993, Dr. Bergeron has practiced at several hospitals in Massachusetts before joining us here. We feel so lucky to have such an outstanding and experienced Chief of Staff treating our beloved patients here at New England Veterinary Clinic & Pet Resort!

Dr. Bergeron's interests within veterinary medicine include pocket pets and soft tissue and orthopedic surgery. She is a true asset to the New England Veterinary Clinic & Pet Resort's team, providing outstanding care to all of her patients and their families. Outside of work, Dr. Bergeron likes to hike, spend time at the beach, and enjoy outdoor activities with her three young children. Her family also includes two dogs, two cats and a chinchilla named Dusty.

Dr. Deborra Wilson grew up in an currently resides in Durham, NH. She received an undergraduate degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and earned a DVM degree from Tufts Veterinary School. In addition to preventive care, her special interests include behavior and dentistry.

Dr. Wilson has a male DSH named Clyde and a male DMH named Blake. In her free time, Dr. Wilson enjoys horseback riding, hiking, and skiing.

Originally from Acton, MA, Dr. Rhea Mohammed received an undergraduate degree from UMass Lowell and earned a DVM degree from University College Dublin. In addition to preventive care, Dr. Mohammed’s interests include pain management/rehabilitation, greyhounds and understanding their unique physiological/medical abnormalities, and ultrasonography.

Dr. Mohammed has one dog; an 8-year-old greyhound rescue named Finnigan. In her free time, she enjoys knitting, baking, traveling, and taking Finn for long walks.

Dr. Evelyn S. Bailey grew up on her grandparent’s dairy where she was taught to love—and most importantly—to respect animals. After high school, she pursued a degree in veterinary technology and worked as a technician for several years. Dr. Bailey loved the field so much that she decided to continue her education and received her degree in veterinary medicine from Purdue University. In addition to preventive care, Dr. Bailey is interested in internal medicine, and complementary medicine.

Dr. Bailey has previously worked in several North Shore practices including Tewksbury and Billerica where she has built a wonderful repertoire with clients. She is looking forward to building trusting relationships at New England Veterinary Clinic too! Outside of work Dr. Bailey enjoys horseback riding, gardening, going to the beach, and spending time with her dog, two cats, and two miniature horses.
